Service Warranties

1. AC System part replacements (Not under warranty)– We provide 1 year warranty on part and labor
2. AC System part replacements (under warranty)– We provide 1 year warranty on labor 
3. Coil Clean – 1 year warranty on the soldering by technician 
4. Freon – No warranty on refrigerant Gas

Installation Warranties 

1. We provide 1 year labor warranty on almost all new AC installations such as; Trane, Rheem, RUUD, Carrier, Lennox, ComfortStart, Goodman etc.
2. We provide 2 year labor warranty on a new Daikin AC installation 
3. We provide 1 year labor warranty on a new mini split installation

ALL OTHER BRANDS WILL WE PROVIDE 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS BY MANUFACTURER, AND 1 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY BY GUISAN AIR CONDITIONING
